Pasta With Bacon And Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz farfalle pasta
    1 tbsp olive oil
    4 slices thick-cut bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    3 None ripe tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    1 handful baby spinach leaves
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    3 oz crumbled feta cheese
Preparation
    Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to the package directions. Drain well, then return to the pan and keep hot.
    Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add the bacon and cook for 3-4 mins until crisp. Add the tomato, spinach and garlic. Cook and stir for 3-4 mins until the tomato is softened.
    Add the tomato and bacon mixture to the pasta and toss on low heat to coat the pasta. Season to taste. Sprinkle with the feta cheese.
