Ginger And Sage Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 stems fresh sage
    1 piece fresh ginger (1 inch), grated
    None None Honey, for serving (optional)
Preparation
    Place the sage and ginger in a teapot and pour in about 4 cups boiling water. Let steep for 5-6 mins, then divide among four heatproof glasses or mugs. Serve with honey, if desired.
