1/2 lb fresh pineapple, peeled, finely diced
    1 None green onion, sliced
2 None red chilies, halved, deseeded and finely chopped
2 None garlic cloves, peeld and crushed
    6 tbsp olive oil, divided
    1 3/4 lb beef steak
18-24 None small bamboo skewers, soaked in cold water
    1 small bunch cilantro

Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a frying pan. Add half the skewers and sear 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
Keep a few sprigs of cilantro for garnish. Chop the remaining stems and leaves and stir into the salsa. \r\nServe the skewers and salsa, garnished with cilantro, and slices of baguette.
