Tamari Almonds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb almonds
    1/4 cup tamari soy sauce
    2 tsp granulated sugar
    1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Lightly grease 2 large baking trays. Place almonds on trays and toast for 10 mins, or until beginning to brown.
    Meanwhile, combine tamari soy sauce, sugar and oil. Toss with hot nuts then transfer back to oven trays and toast for 10 mins, tossing frequently, or until nuts are dry and toasted. Let cool on trays.
