Gnocchi With Broccoli And Lemon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb fresh gnocchi
    1/4 cup butter
    1 head broccoli, cut into small florets
    1/2 None lemon, juiced
    1.5 oz Parmesan, grated
    None None Lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation
    Blanch gnocchi in a large saucepan of boiling water. Drain and refresh in iced water.
    Heat half the butter in a large frying pan on high. Cook gnocchi for 3-4 mins, stirring. Reduce heat to medium. Add the remaining butter and the broccoli. Cook, stirring, for 4-5 mins.
    Add lemon juice and half the Parmesan. Season to taste. Serve topped with remaining Parmesan, with lemon wedges on the side.
