Lemon Crush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz lemon curd
    1/3 cup heavy cream
    4 scoops vanilla ice cream
    4 None mini meringues, crumbled
Preparation
    Stir lemon curd and heavy cream in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth. Let cool for 10 mins.
    Layer ice cream, lemon mixture and meringues in 4 serving glasses. Serve immediately.
