Garden Salad With Walnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp white wine vinegar
    2 tsp Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
    9 oz baby romaine leaves
    3.5 oz wild arugula
    1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Whisk together vinegar, mustard, sugar and garlic. Season. Gradually whisk in oil until dressing thickens slightly. Set aside.
    In a salad bowl, combine romaine, arugula and walnuts. Drizzle with dressing and toss to combine. Season.
