Turkey, Brie And Cranberry Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground turkey
    1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
    1 None onion, finely chopped
    2 tbsp chopped parsley
    1 None egg, lightly beaten
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    3 oz Brie, finely chopped
    1/3 cup finely chopped cooked ham
    2 tbsp cranberry sauce
    2 tbsp oil
    None None Salad, to serve
Preparation
    Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg and garlic in large bowl. Season to taste. Shape into 8 patties.
    Mix Brie, ham and cranberry sauce in a small bowl.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Make a hole in center of each patty. Spoon 1 tsp Brie mixture into each hole. Re-shape patties to enclose filling. Refrigerate for 10 mins.
    Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook patties, in 2 batches, for 2-3 mins each side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking pan.
    Bake for 8-10 mins until cooked through. Drain on paper towels. Serve with salad.
