Warm Orange Trifle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup orange-flavored liqueur
1/3 cup granulated sugar
13.25 oz jelly roll, sliced
1 cup vanilla custard or pudding, warmed
2 None oranges, segmented
1/3 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
Preparation

In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, liqueur and sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, without stirring, for 10 mins, until reduced and syrupy.
Meanwhile, divide jelly roll between serving glasses. Drizzle with warm syrup then custard. Top with orange segments and nuts.
