Chocolate Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
    1/4 cup shredded coconut
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    12 tbsp butter, 7 tbsp melted
    1 (13.5 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
    2 tbsp maple syrup
    7 oz dark chocolate, chopped
    2 tsp vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease a shallow 8 inch-square cake pan and line base and sides with parchment paper, extending paper 2 inches above edges.
    Combine flour, coconut, sugar and 7 tbsp melted butter in a medium bowl. Press firmly into base of pan and bake for 15 mins, or until lightly browned. Let cool.
    Combine condensed milk, remaining butter and maple syrup in a small saucepan. Stir over medium heat until smooth. Pour over base and bake for 25 mins. Let cool.
    Combine chocolate and oil in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until smooth then pour over caramel. Chill for 3 hours, or until set. Cut into bars to serve.
