Spinach And Cheese Pizza Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None large onions, peeled and diced
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1 14 oz can, chopped tomatoes
    1-2 tsp dried oregano
    1 pinch sugar
    5 oz Jarlsberg, coarsely grated
    6 None uncooked bread roll dough
    7 oz frozen spinach, thawed
    5 oz mozzarella diced
Preparation
    To make the tomato sauce topping, heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a skillet and saute 1 onion and the garlic until the onion is soft. Add in the tomatoes, the sugar, oregano, and season. Simmer for about 10 mins. Take off the heat and allow to cool. In a second skillet, heat the remaining oil and cook the remaining onion until it is golden brown, take off the heat and allow to cool.
    Mix half the Jarlsberg cheese with the cooked onions. Next, make a well in the middle of each bread roll and spoon in the onions, fold the dough around the filling to seal. Grease an 11 inch round baking pan and place in the bread rolls. Spread the spinach over the top and cover with the tomato sauce. Sprinkle over the remaining Jarlsberg cheese and the mozzarella. Bake in a preheated oven at 400\u00b0F for about 45 mins. Check after 30 mins and, if the dough is getting too dark, cover the pie with foil for the remaining cooking time. Serve hot with some salad.
