Apple, Pear And Cinnamon Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 - 13.5 oz can pears in juice, pureed with juices
2 cups apple juice
2 tbsp granulated sugar
6 None cloves
6 None allspice berries
8 sticks cinnamon
1 None lemon, sliced
2 cups ginger ale
Preparation

Combine pureed pears with apple juice, sugar, cloves, allspice berries and 2 cinnamon sticks. Add lemon slices and heat gently, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Simmer for at least 10 mins. Add ginger ale and heat gently. Serve in heatproof glasses, garnished with remaining cinnamon sticks.
