Crunchy Oat And Nut Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    50 g shelled walnuts, coarsely chopped
    50 g banana chips, coarsely chopped
    120 g rolled oats
    80 g butter
    40 g sugar
    2 None medium eggs
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    50 g flour
    1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven at 350\u00b0F.
    First, melt the butter in a non-stick pan, then add the walnuts, banana chips, rolled oats and the sugar and stir for about 3 minutes until everything is thoroughly coated and slightly caramelized. Spoon the mixture on to a plate and allow to cool.
    Beat the eggs in a large bowl with the vanilla extract, then sift in the flour and the baking powder. Next, tip in the caramelized oatmeal and mix well. Line a baking tray with baking parchment, then spoon on the mixture, making teaspoon-sized individual cookies. Bake in oven for about 10 mins. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack, then serve.
