Pear And Hazelnut Chocolates - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz dried pears, roughly chopped
    2 oz chopped hazelnuts
    2.5 oz nougat, roughly chopped
    5 oz dark chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
    In a bowl, combine pears, nuts and nougat. Add melted chocolate and stir to coat. Spoon tablespoonfuls of mixture onto prepared tray and set aside until set.
