Apple-Mint Limeade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None lime
    4 None stalks mint, leaves stripped off
    1 None green apple, cored and sliced (reserve a few slices for garnish)
    250 ml cloudy apple juice
    1 litre sparkling water
Preparation
    Place the lime zest and juice, mint, apple, and cider in a blender and puree (makes about 2 cups). Pour into serving glasses and top with sparkling water. Garnish with the reserved apple slices.
