Tomato, Mozzarella And Prosciutto Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices prosciutto
    3 None plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    10 oz cherry bocconcini, coarsely chopped
    1 None avocado, coarsely chopped
    3 cups mixed salad leaves
    2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
    Cook prosciutto in a heated medium skillet on medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels. When cool enough to handle, break into pieces.
    Place the prosciutto, tomato, cheese, avocado and salad leaves in a serving bowl. Drizzle with oil; season to taste.
