Gooseberry And Horseradish Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb gooseberries
    1 1/4 cup sugar
    3 tsp prepared horseradish
Preparation
    Simmer gooseberries with sugar and 1 tbsp water for 1 hour. Add water occasionally, if necessary. Add horseradish and bring to a boil for 4 mins. Remove from heat and let cool for 2-3 mins then puree. Makes around 4 cups.
