Caramel Chocolate Chip Mud Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz white chocolate, coarsely chopped
    6 tbsp (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, chopped coarsely
    1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
    2 tbsp golden syrup or molasses
    1/2 cup milk
    3/4 cup flour
    1/4 cup self-rising flour
    1 None egg
    1/4 cup chocolate chips
    2 tsp powdered sugar
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease 8 cups of two 6-cup (1/2-cup capacity) oval friand pans; line bottoms with baking paper. (Or use a 12-cup muffin pan.)
    Stir chocolate, butter, brown sugar, syrup and milk in medium saucepan on low heat, until smooth. Cool 15 mins.
    Whisk in sifted flours and egg. Stir in chocolate chips. Divide mixture into prepared pans.
    Bake cakes about 25 mins. (Bake cakes in muffin pans for 20 mins.) Cool in pans 5 mins. Remove from pans; cool completely on wire rack. Serve dusted with sifted powdered sugar.
