Chocolate Cups With Mango Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None large mango, pitted, finely chopped
    1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1 tbsp powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    6 (2/3 oz) dark chocolate cups
Preparation
    Combine mango and mint in a bowl. Set aside.
    Whip cream to soft peaks then fold in sugar and vanilla. Spoon whipped cream into chocolate cups and top with mango salsa. Serve.
