Spicy Chickpea Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp sunflower oil
    2 cm piece ginger, peeled and finely chopped
    1 None garlic clove, finely chopped
    1 None onion, finely diced
    2 None green chillies
    200 g tomatoes, dived
    2 x 400 g cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    2 tsp garam masala
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the ginger, garlic, onion and chili and cook for 1-2 mins, until fragrant. Add the tomatoes and chickpeas and simmer for 5-6 mins.
    Stir in the garam masala and lemon juice and season. Divide the stew between 4 bowls, garnish with cilantro and serve.
