7 tbsp butter
3 oz smooth peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 None egg
4 oz salted, roasted peanuts
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
6 None chocolate caramel candies, halved
None None parchment paper
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Mix the butter, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla extract with a hand mixer until creamy. Stir in the egg, followed by the peanuts, flour and baking powder. Knead the dough well, and divide it into 12 pieces. Fold a half candy into each one, then arrange on 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Press the pieces down lightly into round cookie shapes, then bake the trays one at a time for 10 mins each. Cool the cookies on the baking sheets before serving.
