Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp oil
    1 lb ground beef
    1 None onion, peeled and finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
    4 None tomatoes, diced
    1/2 lb green peppers, deseeded and diced
    1 cup water
    2 oz packet chili spice mix
    14 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    14 oz canned sweet corn
    None None Fresh flat-leaf parsley, for garnish
    None None Warm tortillas, to serve
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a saucepan and brown the ground beef. Add the onion, garlic, tomatoes and peppers and fry for 3 minutes. Add 1 cup water and stir in the chili con carne mix. Bring to the boil and simmer over a low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add the kidney beans and sweet corn and season with salt and black pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve with warm tortillas.
