Chicken Breast With Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tbsp canola oil
    3 tbsp hot sauce
    1 tbsp sugar
    4 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 None onion, peeled and diced
    3 oz pickled peppers, sliced
    1 2/3 lb tomatoes, diced
    4 None chicken breasts
    1 None ripe avocado, peeled, halved, pitted and cut into wedges
    4 oz Gouda cheese, coarsely grated
Preparation
    Combine 1 tbsp oil, hot sauce, sugar, vinegar and 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp pepper and 2 tbsp tomato. Add chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour.
    Preheat broiler. Heat remaining oil in a frying pan and sear chicken breasts for 10 mins, turning as necessary. Place in a baking pan and top with avocado slices and grated cheese. Broil for 5 mins. Serve chicken with remaining tomatoes, peppers and onions.
