English Breakfast In The Pan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp olive oil
    8 None chipolata sausages
    4 slices bacon, halved
    8 None baby portobello mushrooms, quartered
    12 None cherry tomatoes
    8 None eggs
    None None hot buttered toast, to serve
Preparation
    Divide butter and olive oil between 4 small frying pans. Heat over medium-high heat, add 2 sausages to each pan and cook for 2 mins, turning. Add 1 slice of bacon, 2 mushrooms and 3 tomatoes and cook for 3 mins, stirring occasionally. Crack 2 eggs into each pan. Cook for 2-3 mins, or until cooked to your liking. Season. Serve in pans with toast.
