Mojito - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None lime, cut into wedges
    1-2 tsp granulated cane sugar
    1/4 cup white rum
    8 None mint leaves, plus a mint sprig to garnish
    None None Crushed ice, to serve
    1/2 cup soda water
Preparation
    Place the lime wedges and sugar in a glass then muddle to release the lime juice. Pour in the rum and add the mint leaves, then top up with ice cubes. Pour in the soda water and stir briefly. Garnish with mint and serve.
