Macaroni Bake With Sausage And Corn - cooking recipe

14 oz macaroni
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 can (15 oz) corn kernels, drained
8 oz spicy Italian sausages, cooked and sliced
1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease four 1 1/2-cup ramekins.
Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain well; return to pan.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium saucepan on high heat. Add flour and cook, stirring, 1 min. Remove from heat. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Return to heat and cook, stirring until sauce boils and thickens. Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 mins. Stir in Cheddar cheese and season to taste.
Add cheese sauce, corn and sausage to pasta. Mix well and spoon evenly into ramekins. Mix breadcrumbs, mozzarella cheese and parsley in small bowl; sprinkle on pasta mixture. Place ramekins on a baking pan.
Bake 10-15 mins, until golden and bubbly.
