Peanut Brittle Pops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 cups sugar
    1/2 cup unsalted roasted peanuts
    12 None lollipop sticks, cut in half
Preparation
    Stir sugar and 1 cup water in a medium heavy-bottomed saucepan on medium heat until sugar has dissolved. Bring to a boil; boil for 10 mins, or until caramel turns golden brown. Remove pan from heat; allow bubbles to subside.
    Meanwhile, divide nuts among 2 greased 12-cup petits-fours pans. Pour caramel slowly over nuts; cool for 10 mins. Position a half stick, cut-side down, in each pop. Cool at room temperature until set.
