Walnut Granola Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz walnuts, finely chopped
    4 cups dry oatmeal
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1.75 oz chocolate chips
    1.75 oz pumpkin seeds
    1 oz coconut flakes
    3.5 oz dried apricots, chopped
    2/3 cup butter, softened
    1/2 cup honey
Preparation
    Mix together the walnuts, oats, sugar, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes. Puree the apricots in a food processor, then add the honey and butter and process to combine. Add the apricot and honey mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Line a 6 x 9 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper. Spoon the mixture onto the pan and smooth surface with the back of a metal tablespoon.
    Bake for about 25 minutes, until lightly browned and firm. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then cut into 12 bars. Store in an airtight container.
