Raspberry Yogurt Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    2 None large eggs
    1 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    3/4 tsp salt
    2/3 cup plain yogurt
    3.5 oz frozen raspberries
    1/3 cup cream cheese
    1/3 cup powdered sugar
    1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 5 x 9 inch loaf pan and line base and 2 long sides with parchment paper.
    Beat butter and sugar in a medium bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until just combined.
    Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to butter mixture along with yogurt and raspberries. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 mins before turning on to a wire rack to cool.
    In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Spread over the loaf.
