Fish Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb boneless firm white fish, chopped
    4 None green onions, chopped
    1 tbsp sweet chili sauce, plus additional, to serve
    1 tbsp Thai red curry paste
    1/2 None lime, peel finely grated and lime juice
    1 tsp fish sauce (optional)
    1/2 cup finely chopped green beans
    2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a baking pan with foil and spray with no stick cooking spray.
    Place fish, onions, chili sauce, curry paste, lime peel and juice, and fish sauce into a food processor or blender. Process until well chopped.
    Transfer to a bowl. Stir in green beans and cilantro. Form into 10 flattened patties. Arrange on prepared pan. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
    Bake 20-25 mins, until golden. Serve with chili sauce.
