Roast Meat, Bocconcini And Pumpkin Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None naan flatbreads
    1 cup pizza sauce
    1 small red onion, thinly sliced
    10 oz leftover roast meat or ham
    1 tub (8 oz) baby bocconcini (mozzarella)
    10 oz leftover roast pumpkin or butternut squash, cut into cubes
    1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
    1 cup baby arugula leaves
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease 2 large baking pans.
    Place flatbreads on prepared pans. Spread with pizza sauce. Top with onion, leftover meat, bocconcini, pumpkin and mozzarella.
    Bake 15-20 mins, or until golden and crisp. Top with arugula and cut into slices to serve.
