Grilled Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None limes, zested, juiced
    3 tbsp canola oil
    1 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp chopped fresh chervil or parsley
    1 None small red onion, diced
    6 ears sweet corn, husks and silk removed
    2 None medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
    2 None avocados, cut into wedges
Preparation
    In a large bowl, whisk together 3 tbsp lime juice, 2 tsp lime zest, oil, honey, fresh herbs and onion. Season.
    Preheat grill. Coat corn with cooking spray. Season. Grill corn for 10 mins, turning occasionally, or until char marks appear. Let cool then cut corn off cobs. Add to dressing and toss to coat. Arrange on a serving plate with tomatoes and avocados.
