Grilled Sausage And Vegetable Skewers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup dark soy sauce
    3 tbsp olive oil
    3 tbsp honey
    3 tbsp coarse grain mustard
    1 tbsp chopped rosemary
    8 links fresh pork sausages
    1 None red apple, cored and cut into wedges
    1 None red pepper, seeded and cut into chunks
    1 None red onion, peeled and cut into wedges
    2 None zucchini, thickly sliced
Preparation
    Mix the soy, oil, honey, mustard and rosemary in a large bowl. Remove 1/2 of the marinade for the vegetables. Add the sausages to remaining marinade in bowl; turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 mins. Soak 16 wooden skewers in cold water for 20 mins.
    Preheat the grill to medium. Place apples, vegetables and reserved marinade in a large bowl; toss to coat well. Thread apples and vegetables onto 8 of the skewers. Thread the sausages onto remaining skewers. Discard the sausage marinade.
    Grill the sausages and vegetable skewers for 15-20 mins, turning occasionally, until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Baste occasionally with any leftover marinade from the apples and vegetables.
