Prawn, Tomato And Basil Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2.5 oz spaghetti
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 None small onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 oz frozen king prawns, thawed
    2 None ripe tomatoes, diced
    3 tbsp fresh basil leaves, chopped + extra leaves to garnish
    1 pinch sugar
Preparation
    Cook pasta in salted, boiling water according to package instructions.
    Heat oil in a saucepan, add onion, garlic and prawns and stir-fry for 4-5 mins, until prawns are cooked. Add tomatoes, basil and sugar and season. Drain pasta and toss with sauce. Serve garnished with basil.
