Fennel And Radicchio Salad With Lemon Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

None None FOR THE LEMON VINAIGRETTE
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp sesame oil
None None FOR THE SALAD
1 None radicchio lettuce, leaves washed and dried
1 None baby Romaine lettuce, leaves washed and dried
1 small frisee lettuce
2 None baby fennel bulbs, washed and thinly sliced
1 tbsp chopped chives
Preparation

For the lemon vinaigrette, whisk all ingredients in a small bowl.
For the salad, toss all ingredients in a serving bowl. Just before serving, add the dressing; toss gently to combine.
