Grilled Red Mullet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 None red mullets
6 tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup capers
6 sprigs fresh thyme
6 sprigs fresh rosemary
Preparation

Cut 6 rectangles of parchment paper. Rub each fish with 1 tbsp oil and season with salt and black pepper. Place on the parchment paper and sprinkle with the capers, thyme and rosemary. Wrap the paper around the fish and cook on the barbecue grill for about 20 mins, until cooked through.
