Sausage And Tomato Bread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp oil
    8 None breakfast sausages
    4 None plum tomatoes, sliced into wedges
    1 (13.5 oz) can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
    2.5 oz pitted black olives
    1 head oak lettuce, leaves torn
    None None Dressing
    2 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp fresh oregano leaves, roughly chopped
    1/4 tsp sugar
    3.5 oz feta cheese, crumbled
    None None croutons, to serve
Preparation
    In a large frying pan, heat oil over high heat. Cook sausages for 5-7 mins, turning, until browned and cooked through. Let cool. Slice diagonally. Toss with tomatoes, beans, olives and lettuce.
    Whisk together vinegar, oil, oregano and sugar. Season. Toss with salad.
    Serve sprinkled with feta and croutons.
