Spring Onion Couscous - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup chicken stock
    3.5 oz couscous
    2 tbsp butter
    3 None spring onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Bring stock to a boil in a large saucepan. Remove from heat, add couscous and butter and stir to combine. Cover and let stand for 5 mins, or until liquid is absorbed, fluffing with a fork occasionally.
    Stir spring onions into couscous to serve.
