Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 None eggs, at room temperature
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 None peaches, halved, pitted, thinly sliced
4.5 oz frozen raspberries
None None powdered sugar, to dust

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line an 8 x 12 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift flour, baking powder and cinnamon onto a sheet of parchment paper then fold into butter mixture alternately with yogurt, until just combined. Fold in 1/2 peach slices and 1/2 raspberries.
Transfer batter to pan and smooth surface. Arrange remaining peach slices and raspberries on top, pressing down slightly. Bake for 35-40 mins, or until light golden and a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool for 5 mins before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar and cut into squares to serve.
