Cheesy Oregano Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup rolled oats
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 pinch baking soda
    1 oz pecorino cheese, grated
    2 tsp fresh oregano, finely chopped
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0F.
    Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Combine oats, salt, baking soda, cheese and oregano. Add oil and 1/3 cup hot water and mix until well combined. Gather into a ball then shape into a 1/4 inch thick disc.
    Cut out 14 - 2 1/2 inch discs. Transfer to prepared tray. Bake for 45 mins, or until dry and lightly golden underneath. Let cool on tray for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
