Passion Fruit Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz graham crackers
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    1 lb soft cheese, at room temperature
    1 (13.5 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    6 oz passion fruit pulp
Preparation
    Grease and line a 10x6 inch baking tray with parchment paper.
    In a food processor, process graham crackers to fine crumbs. Add butter and process until combined. Press into prepared pan. Chill for 15 mins.
    Meanwhile, beat cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Add lemon juice and passionfruit pulp and beat until combined. Transfer to prepared pan, smooth surface and chill for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until set. Cut into 12 squares to serve.
