Ingredients

2 tsp oil
14 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 None prepared pizza crusts (9 inches each)
1/2 cup bottled tomato pasta sauce
1/2 cup pitted black olives
7 oz mini mozzarella balls, sliced thinly
9 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp basil pesto
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 450\u00b0F.
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook the chicken until cooked through. Remove from the pan. Let stand, loosely covered with foil, 5 mins.
Meanwhile, place the pizza crusts on baking pans. Spread the pasta sauce. Thinly slice chicken. Top pizzas with the chicken, olives, cheese and cherry tomatoes.
Bake for about 15 mins or until the crusts are crisp. Drizzle with the pesto then sprinkle with basil.
