Turkey Cutlets With Rice And Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg (1-2 oz) hollandaise sauce mix
    3 tbsp lemon juice
    1 pkg (16 oz) frozen green beans
    2 pkg (9 oz each) microwave long grain and wild rice mix
    6 None turkey cutlets (5-6 oz each)
    2 tbsp oil
    2 tsp butter
    1 None onion, diced
Preparation
    Prepare hollandaise sauce mix according to package directions. Add lemon juice to taste. Cook the green beans in boiling salted water for 8-10 mins. Prepare the rice according to the package directions.
    Cut the turkey cutlets in half. Season with salt. Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Cook the turkey for about 3 mins on each side or until cooked through. Remove from the heat and keep warm.
    Melt the butter in a medium skillet on medium-high heat. Saute the onion until softened. Add the green beans and heat gently. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange the turkey, green beans and rice on serving plates. Serve with hollandaise sauce.
