Haloumi And Tapenade Toasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None baguette, cut into 20 thin slices and toasted
    1/4 cup black olive tapenade
    1 tbsp olive oil
    7 oz haloumi cheese, cut into 20 slices
    2 tbsp small fresh oregano leaves
Preparation
    Spread the toasted bread with tapenade.
    Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook the cheese until lightly browned on both sides. Top each toast with cheese; sprinkle with oregano.
