Spicy Fish Hot Pot - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp oil
1 None onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 None Thai chili, halved lengthwise
1/2 tsp paprika
2 cups tomato puree
1 cup fish stock
1 lb firm white fish fillets, thickly sliced
2.5 oz green olives
1 tsp capers, drained
None None fresh chopped parsley and salad, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Heat oil in large Dutch oven over high heat. Saute onion, garlic and chili for 2-3 mins, until tender. Add paprika and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant. Add tomato puree and stock. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium. Add fish, olives and capers. Bake, covered, for 10-15 min, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Season.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with salad.
