Rum Hot Chocolate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 tbsp spiced rum
1/3 cup milk
3 dashes Angostura bitters
None None Hot cocoa mix, to taste
None None Whipped cream, to serve
None None Chocolate sauce, to decorate (optional)
Preparation

Heat rum, milk, bitters and cocoa mix in a small saucepan. When warm, pour into a glass.
Top with whipped cream. Dust with cocoa mix and drizzle with chocolate sauce, if desired.
