Avocado And Chorizo Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices whole wheat bread
    None None Olive oil
    2 None chorizo sausages, thinly sliced
    1 None lime, cut unto wedges
    1 None roasted red pepper, thinly sliced
    4 oz feta cheese, coarsely crumbled
    1 bunch fresh cilantro
    None None FOR THE AVOCADO CREAM
    2 None ripe avocadoes
    1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
    1 tbsp lime juice
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Cut each bread slice into 4 squares. Place on a baking pan and brush lightly with olive oil. Season to taste. Bake for about 10 mins until crispy.
    Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a medium skillet on high heat. Fry the chorizo for a few minutes until golden and slightly crispy on both sides. Remove to a plate. Season with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lime.
    For the avocado cream, blend the avocado, oil and lime juice until smooth. Season to taste. Spoon the mixture into a resealable bag; snip a small hole in the corner. Pipe onto the toast crisps.
    Top with the chorizo, a strip of pepper, a piece of feta and a sprig of cilantro
