Stir Fried Pork In Lettuce Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None large head iceberg lettuce
    2 tsp oil
    3 None green onions, finely sliced
    2 tsp grated ginger
    1 lb lean ground pork
    2 tbsp oyster sauce
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tsp sesame oil
    None None Bean sprouts, cilantro leaves, to serve
Preparation
    Select 8 large lettuce leaves and trim with scissors, if necessary. Place in a large bowl filled with iced water, until crisp.
    Heat oil in a wok on high heat. Stir-fry onions and ginger for 1-2 mins, until fragrant. Add ground pork and cook for 5 mins, stirring to break up lumps, until cooked through. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil and stir-fry for 2-3 mins more. Transfer to a serving bowl.
    Drain lettuce leaves and pat dry. Spoon pork mixture into each lettuce leaf. Top with bean sprouts and cilantro. To eat, fold over leaves to enclose filling.
