Spinach Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz thick egg noodles
    7 None large eggs
    1 cup heavy cream
    9 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
    8 None shallots, finely chopped
    1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    None None salad, to serve (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease an 8 inch deep cake pan and line base with parchment paper. Cook noodles in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse under cold water until cool then drain. Chop roughly.
    In a large bowl, beat eggs and cream together. Stir in spinach, shallots and Parmesan. Season. Add noodles and toss to combine. Transfer to prepared pan. Place on a baking tray and bake for 50-60 mins, until just set. Let cool in pan for 10 mins then transfer to a serving plate.
    Serve warm or chilled in wedges with salad, if desired.
