Double Chocolate Fudge Brownies - cooking recipe

1/2 cup butter, chopped
7 oz dark chocolate, chopped
2 1/3 cup granulated sugar
3 None large eggs, beaten lightly
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup self-rising flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
None None White Chocolate Layer
1/2 cup butter, chopped
7 oz white chocolate, chopped
1 cup granulated sugar
2 None large eggs, beaten lightly
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup self-rising flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 9 inch square cake pan and line base and 2 sides with parchment paper.
Combine butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan. Stir over low heat until smooth. Let cool until just warm then stir in sugar, eggs, flour and cocoa powder until just combined. Transfer to prepared pan.
To make the white chocolate layer, combine butter and white chocolate in a medium saucepan. Stir over low heat until smooth. Let cool until just warm then stir in sugar, eggs and flour until just combined. Spread over chocolate layer in prepared pan.
Bake brownies for 1 hour 20 mins, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan then cut into 25 pieces to serve.
